In Hammam Farasha you can enjoy total privacy since the rules the Hammam Ritual is created exclusively for you and your companions. To achieve this disconnection and the necessary calm atmosphere, please don’t raise your voice in the room.
USE OF CELL PHONE
Knowing that you like to be connected at all times, the use of the mobile phone in silent mode is allowed, under your responsibility in the case of damage.
DRESS CODE
You must bring a swimsuit to access our facilities. If you do not have one, we will provide you with one at reception. The fact that you do not have a swimsuit and that we must provide you with a loan that you must return at the end of your ritual, implies a cost of € 5 apart from the price of the service.
For your comfort, and during the service of the Hammam, we will provide you with the typical caftan, as well as flip flops and a towel that you must return at the end of the Ritual. In the event that any of the aforementioned objects is not delivered to us upon departure, the card will be charged on the card with which the reservation of the service was made.
REQUIRED AGE
Due to the fact that HAMMAM FARASHA is conceived as a space for evasion and disconnection, the minimum age for admission is 18 years.
HEALTH
Despite the health benefits of the Hammam Ritual there are some health conditions we need to give you advice. In case of pregnancy, and due to the high temperatures to which you will be exposed, the Ritual is prohibited. You must inform us of your condition at reception.
WARNING
The use of tobacco and other illegal substances in our facilities is forbidden as well as any improper behavior such as sexual intercourse, indecent acts and disrespectful treatment both with staff and facilities. Therefore, such behaviors considered strictly prohibited will be ground for expulsion without any right of refund.
Hammam Farasha is intended for women and couples, so men cannot access it alone. In the case of failing to comply with this requirement and you have made a reservation, we will not be able to assist you by passing your reservation to be canceled without any right to a refund of the amount of the reservation.
